I have to give at least 1 star but the service or lack there of that I received today is not worthy of 1 point on a star.The Manager needs to be trained in customer service!
I used 1/2 of my lunch time driving to pick up my lunch, only to find an eyelash on the quesadilla!!!!!! I have spent money numerous times with this establishment, earning rewards for discounts on food there, only to learn that when a customer says something is wrong with the food, the manager "S" will question you like he is the FEDS or something. I explained that I do not eat hair and the so called "manager" (who is only managing to lose customers), states that he needs to investigate first before he can re make the order.
THAT IS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!I ordered and drove to pick up my lunch so why on God's green earth would I say "there is an eyelash in the food?" I am HANGRY at this point!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
