I live in Havre De Grace, MD and placed an online delivery order for Pat's Pizza at 5:53PM. I received the wrong order and when I called they already knew.

I received the right order at 7:03 and thought since they had messed up I should receive some kind of discount. When I called and asked they advised the manager (Chris) said it was not their policy to give discounts. I had place several orders in the past and sometimes the food is edible and sometimes it's not, but there are limited places to get delivery so I never complained and continued to order from them. After this little fiasco, I will not order from them again.

I got the specialty choices pasta with sausage, vodka cream sauce and tortellini and to my amazement :), it is inedible. I would not recommend this place.

Reason of review: Poor customer service and bad quality.
