I ordered buffalo wings and got mango habanero wings not once did they try to fix it they just stated they where closing and they wont be taking more orders Im so mad at the customer service and the nasty food which I dont eat sweet sauce.

We placed an order for delivery from the Pats on Marrows Rd, Newark, De and it took over a hour to get here. A half hour after it left the store.( we live right down the road) It was all cold. My husband took the cheesesteak wrap back. They replaced the fries with brown, soggy ones and the manager told him that after it's delivered there is nothing she can do for us. So we had cold food. ( it doesn't taste the same reheated) My husband also found something in his pizza that was unrecognizable. I doubt we will order from them again.

Recurved my food wrong rap on chicken cheese steak and fries were cold to the touch and looked reheated call and spoke to a manager named Justin or Ajustin all the manager did was argue about they don't send out cold food

I placed an order with Pats in Brookhaven, PA & there was an error they could clearly see on their end. I called the store and spoke with the manager about the issue, and he informed me that I could be credited for what was missing from the order, or I could return the old food for a full refund.

I had already driven to pick it up. I asked if I could be there refunded for the 1 incorrect item, and he told me that was not store policy. I asked if that was in writing, and he said rudely told me it was not and didnt have to be.

My family and I patronize Pats all the time, but we will not be going back. I dont feel that we should have to return to them for a mistake they made, and they certainly didnt seem keen on correcting it.

Horrible Customer Service

My name is Janice and my work address in Aston Pa 19014 I have received deliveries many times over the last year without an issue and today I made my order like I usually do online without an issue from 3216 Edgemont Ave in Brookhaven PA only to receive a call from a very arrogant disrespectful employee by the name of Justin, stating that he is management and he refused to give me his full name. He wouldn't allow me to speak nor answer my questions he just canceled my order saying that their location does not deliver to my location which is false he wouldn't answer my questions kept cutting my off mid word when I demanded an explanation from him as to why when I have received deliveries before he said they must have all been mistakes, and then he hung on me.

I have been a customer of Pat's for years and can not believe the way I was treated and dismissed. This is absolutely a disrespectful way to treat your customers and needs to be rectified I do not appreciate the way I was treated this evening.

If this Justin could not treat people with common decency then he should find another line of work. I can only imagine how many customers have been treated in such a way.

Menu problem

I dont think that it is fair for me nor the people that order your Tuscan or Sophia Loren pasta platter to receive tortellini pasta when In the menu for the store I order from in Brookhaven pa it says we should get sechetti pasta. Now the two meals Im writing about arent cheap. Ive been happy to pay the prices posted but not now.

I called to get chicken tenders and fries knowing I have to order separate.. I get an annoyed employee on the phone I ask how many do the tenders come in she like 5 I say fine I need them and an order of fries well she never put that in, so I just got my tenders I called back got the mgr I tell him what happened as well as I tired of every time I call I never get what I ordered you need to tell your employees to F listen to the people, my husband goes there and gets the mgr saying I here to pick up frieswell mgr never put order in because I said the F word..my husband was on the ph with me while I'm hearing how he's being talked to by the mgrhe said I never put it in my husband say I'm here to order them anyway mgr says the fryers are offmy husband said if you listen to my wife they would have been with the order..at 845 at night he tells my husband to go *** himselfwow I didn't know that's how you talk to your customers who you mess up orders for all the time and get brushed off all the time and has to pay for their mistakes all the time or just deal with itI am over this place and how they treat their customers. We had the worst pizza we've ever had, not just from Pats, but from anywhere.

We're a long-time customer of Pats Pizza, now, Pat's Select Grill, in Dover, DE. Last night, we had pizza delivered and it was, without any doubt, the worst ever.! First, it was SO GREASy that the box was saturated. Second, the pizza just was not just bad, it was horrible.

My mother and I visited the Dover, DE store on Sunday 10/27/19. When we first got there the sign said seat yourself. We seated ourselves it was about 3 other booths that had customers. We waited for a while for someone to come over and acknowledge us by giving us menu's, which I found out later on that was the general manager. The waitress finally came and took our order. I ordered shrimp alfredo and my mother ordered the salad and asked for the dressing on the side. The waitress brought our food out but didn't come back to check on us to see if we needed anything else. My mom didn't like the dressing and wanted to change it I had to waive down another waitress to help us. When I brought the issue to the manager he didn't apologize and stated that the waitress comes back 5-7 minutes, we both stated that she never came back at all. Then I asked for the general manager. He gave us 2 deserts no additional charge. I just wanted to bring it to someone else's attention as well so it doesn't happen again. I feel that the first manager should have handled the situation a little better and with the amount of people that were in the restaurant there should have been no reason for us to be waiting for menu's or for the waitress to come back to us and ask if anything else was needed. I feel if you guys don't get the feedback then you will never know.

On 8/22/19 I came I to the store and spent almost 40$ thinking that I was going to get the proper food. Once I got home I realized that half of my Stromboli was veggies and barely any meat. I called the store and spoke the Chris and he said that if I can in the next day which was 8/23 that George would give me a refund. I returned to the store with the food and explained to George what happened. He then opened the box and pull my food apart with his hands saying that there is meat in there and told me that he would only give me half of my money back. I explained to him that is not what the manager last night told me he then raised his voice and told me to not come back to the store and go else where. I felt highly disrespected and embarrassed I spend a large amount of money at pats all the time but this just made me feel disgusting.

I ordered my food and when the cashier (also the assisted manager) asked for my credit card info i gave it to here and then she asked for my zip code. So i said they dont do that i've used my card on plenty of ocasions. Then she said well have a good day and hung up on me. (Im ordering from phone)

Hair in Food!?

I usually have no problem with the company when ordering food and getting it delivered. This time I'm not sure what happened but when I took the last bite of my sandwich I had to immediately spit it back out. There was a hair hanging out of my mouth that I thought was just a glare from my glasses. But no, I reach for it and it turns out to be a long dark hair IN MY FOOD. I know it it not mine because one my hair is blonde and two it is curly. That is disgusting and unsanitary. Angry
